Location: Central London | Pay: £12.21–£14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re on the hunt for energetic, detail-driven Servers and Waiters  to join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant concept!

Think classic American-plated service, bold flavours, and beautifully sourced British produce – all with an American twist under the lead of a Michelin chef. Add to that a fantastic cocktail list and a high-energy service style, and you’ve got a workplace that’s as vibrant as the food.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments

• Strong attention to detail – from polished service to immaculate table settings

• A passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences

• A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit

• Bonus points if you’re a fan of a well-balanced Old Fashioned!
