What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate spa team to deliver excellence at every level

• Oversee all spa operations, from treatment rooms to thermal facilities and wellness programming

• Build and execute a compelling marketing and membership strategy

• Manage budgets, revenue growth, and P&L reporting with a sharp eye for profitability

• Ensure compliance, safety, and the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Innovate new services, working closely with premium wellness and skincare brands

• Proven leadership experience in a 5-star hotel spa or wellness facility

• A deep understanding of luxury service standards and wellness trends

• Strong commercial acumen and operational expertise

• Experience with spa systems, pool/thermal facility management, and compliance protocols
