Backed by a 2* Michelin star Head Chef, with ambitions to push for accolades
Brand-new kitchen, seasonal ingredients, and a supportive brigade
£45,000 to £48,000 per annum

Experience in Michelin-starred or high-end kitchens

Confidence working with quality produce – dry-aged meats, line-caught fish, seasonal vegetables
