An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join a stylish brasserie and events venue in the heart of Central London. Perfect for a passionate chef ready to take the next step in their culinary journey, this role offers a vibrant kitchen environment, career progression, and the chance to work with a forward-thinking hospitality team.
Taking charge of daily kitchen operations in a contemporary brasserie serving 50–60 covers per lunch and dinner
Supporting bespoke private dining and corporate events, catering up to 150 standing or 60 seated guests
Working alongside an experienced Executive Chef within a tight-knit kitchen team of five
Utilizing a modern, fully equipped professional kitchen designed for high-quality, creative cooking
Enjoying a work-life balanced rota of Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work for special functions
Proven background as a Sous Chef in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining venues
Experience in banqueting, large-scale catering, or private functions is highly desirable
Calm, well-organized, and passionate about consistently delivering exceptional dishes
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train, support, and motivate junior chefs
Eager to grow into a senior culinary role within a business that values quality and creativity
£45,000 annual salary
45-hour workweek
