Join a long-standing Michelin-starred restaurant (21 years running) holding 4 AA Rosettes
Known for its sophisticated tasting menus and elegant, ingredient-driven dishes
Daily service includes 40–50 covers, including a Chef’s Table experience
Kitchen brigade of 8 chefs led by a renowned Head Chef with national acclaim
Emphasis on sustainable, seasonal produce and visually striking presentations
Restaurant closed Sundays and Mondays for rest and work-life balance
Competitive salary, depending on experience
Live-in accommodation available for £650/month

Experienced Sous Chef or Senior Chef with background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette-level kitchens
