Join a 1* Michelin Star / 4 AA Rosette restaurant known for its refined, ingredient-led cuisine
Intimate fine dining with 40–50 covers per service, including a Chef’s Table experience
Focused on modern British cooking with seasonal, sustainable produce and visually striking presentations
Work within a talented brigade of 8 chefs
Enjoy a structured week with the restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays
Salary of £50,000 per annum
On-site accommodation available (£650/month)
3-day trial includes hotel stay, meals, and full kitchen immersion
Flights reimbursed upon successful hire
A motivated chef with a solid background in Michelin or AA Rosette kitchens
Strong leadership with the ability to support and elevate the team
