An exciting opportunity has come up for a talented Sous Chef to join a vibrant, 1* Michelin neighbourhood restaurant in central London.
Serving bold, Mediterranean-Spanish sharing dishes in a casual fine dining setting, with an open kitchen, premium seasonal produce, and top-tier suppliers (open fire cooking, in-house butchery, dry-aged meats, line-caught fish).
Up to 100 covers, lunch & dinner
Salary up to £48,000 per annum
Rota: 2 doubles, 3 singles

As a Sous Chef you’ll need strong Michelin or AA Rosette experience, creativity, and passion for quality and seasonal produce working form scratch.
