We’re offering a £38,000 salary, paid overtime beyond 40 hours, and Monday–Friday working—plus a clear path for progression within a growing and innovative business.

The Role:

• Support the Head Chef in leading a high-volume, high-quality kitchen operation

• Help shape and deliver modern, seasonal menus across retail and hospitality outlets

• Play a key role in large-scale event delivery and VIP functions

• Ensure kitchen excellence in food safety, training, and team development

About You:

• Experience as a Senior Sous or strong Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led setting

• A passion for bold, creative, and on-trend food

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a can-do attitude
