We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join the acclaimed team at one of Mayfair’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Renowned for its bold, modern take on Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine, this is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level in a high-calibre, high-profile kitchen.
£45,000–£48,000 per year, depending on experience
A creative, open kitchen using top-quality seasonal produce and sustainable sourcing
Focus on open-fire cooking, whole animal butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught seafood
Busy service of up to 100 covers for lunch and dinner
5-day rota: 2 double shifts, 3 single shifts
Work in a collaborative and innovative team under a respected leadership

An ambitious, detail-driven Sous Chef with solid experience in Michelin-starred or multi-Rosette kitchens
Skilled in high-end cooking with an appreciation for Mediterranean flavours and techniques
