An opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a stunning B&I site in Central London.

Catering for all Staff Feeding and Retail operations, with some assistance in Hospitality in this wonderful venue, you’ll be leading a large team, providing fresh, trend setting menus for all on site staff.

You’ll need a keen eye for detail, with experience in B&I Catering, or in a from fresh restaurant, with least 1 AA Rosette level, and experience in the Hospitality Industry in London.

This is a fast paced, highly rewarding role, with huge development potential, with more sites around London to grow with and into as the business develops.

Working only 40 hours per week, straight shifts only, with Weekends off.

Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Experience as a minimum Junior Sous Chef in a B&I kitchen or Sous in a commercial kitchen at the minimum
