My client, a pan European, multi brand Accommodation provider, is looking for a Senior Sales manager to deliver corporate business into their Lond properties. They would prefer someone with East London/ Canary Wharf experience. Reporting to the Director of Sales – London, you’ll take ownership of ongoing sales activity, using your local knowledge and networking prowess to develop profitable, sustainable business.

At least 3-4 years of hotel/ apartment sales experience in the corporate market is essential.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:-

  • Contributing to the creation and success of property level OKRs to help deliver the sales strategy and revenue targets in your portfolio of properties.
  • Supporting agreed strategic sales objectives to deliver and exceed individual B2B revenue targets.
  • Approximately 80% of the role will be nurturing existing relationships, 360 account management to identify, grow market share and win new opportunities, across all segments within the account to maximise revenue.
  • 360 Account Management is to be inquisitive to grow revenues from existing and new B2B customers directly and via Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs), consortia and other B2B intermediaries within all segments such as corporate, groups, M&E, mid & extended stay.
  • The remaining part of the role will be allocated to identifying new and existing leads and liaising with decision makers to win new corporate clients.
  • To work collaboratively with our New Business Development team, Key Accounts Team, Groups & MICE Team, as well as other local sales teams and the wider Commercial Team to support asset level budgeted revenue delivery across all B2B customer segments.
  • Ensuring CRM & database is utilised and kept up-to-date.
  • Staying in-the-know with business developments.
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on sales activity & successes.
  • Networking at events, exhibitions and conferences to grow strong relationships within the London market.
  • Hosting FAM trips, property showcases, sales presentations and events across all properties.
