Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef with proven reliability and pastry skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality under pressure
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations
• Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and team-focused approach
• Clean chef whites/uniform and own knives/equipment required
