Berkeley Scott are partnered with a prestigious venue to help them find an ambitious, passionate Pastry Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be creating pastry dishes for everything from a street food van to a VIP dinners at this legendary event site.

Your new role as our Pastry Chef:

• Working alongside the Executive and Head Chef
• Hands-on Pastry Chef role
• Cooking with the best ingredients and large numbers of guests (400-2000)
• Creative input into menu ensuring quality and variety.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
• Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness
• Lots of progression at this site

What we ask of you:

• Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
• Proven experience in a similar event background
• Creativity and experience of developing seasonal menus
• Must be organised and a good communicator
