Operations Supervisor – Multi-Site QSR Concession

Location: London (High-Volume Locations)
Salary: £36,000 per annum + KPI-driven bonus
Hours:45 Hours 5/7 days

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple high-volume QSR sites across central London. This is a fast-paced and varied role, managing teams across several locations as well as supporting warehouse production operations.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational performance and will contribute to weekly management meetings.

This position requires a proactive individual who can balance leadership, analytics, and operational delivery—whilst also being ready to step into service when required.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple QSR concessions sites and warehouse production.

Lead, develop, and motivate teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Step into service during peak periods to support site teams.

Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvements.

Manage stock, scheduling, and operational planning.

Support and execute marketing initiatives and promotions.

Analyse sales and operational data to drive performance.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards across all sites.

Participate in weekly management meetings and provide operational insights.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a multi-site QSR or hospitality operations role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and locations.

Essential: solid experience in food safety and health & safety compliance.

Hands-on approach with a willingness to support service when needed.

Experience across operations, analytics, and/or marketing.

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
