We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef who is hands-on and passionate about Hospitality.  This is a busy, independently owned hotel which specialises in weddings and events as well as having a fine dining restaurant.  You will be a Junior Sous Chef who has experience in a similar role and has a good knowledge of food and ingredients, plus be open to helping other areas of the kitchen when they need it.  You will be a Junior Sous Chef who will support the head chef in inspiring a team.  It will be beneficial if you are a Junior Sous Chef who has experience with weddings.
