An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and personable Host/Hostess to join the front-of-house team at a dynamic new opening in Central London. This modern British-American surf & turf brasserie celebrates the best of open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing premium British produce and seasonal ingredients.

About the Role

• Welcoming and managing guest flow for lunch and dinner service (up to 90 covers)

• Working with a renowned Michelin-starred chef and a team of 20+ professionals

• Closed on Mondays

• Full-time position, 45 hours per week

• Immediate start preferred

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant, private members’ club, or luxury hotel

• A warm, professional manner and excellent communication skills

• Ability to handle high-volume service with grace and efficiency

• Confident with reservations systems and guest relations

• Well-presented, punctual, and ready to make a great first impression
