Head Chefs

Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting experienced Head Chefs to cover a range of flexible assignments within contract catering sites and public sector venues across the West Midlands.This is an excellent opportunity for chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy variety in their work. You’ll be working with a respected agency known for providing quality hospitality and catering staff across the UK.

• Location: Various Sites Across the West Midlands
• Pay Rate: From £18.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within contract catering or public sector environments
• Flexibility with working hours, including early starts, evenings, and occasional weekends
• A hard-working, reliable, and adaptable attitude
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a kitchen efficiently while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Enhanced DBS required for school assignments – we can assist with this if needed
• Own vehicle is advantageous due to the location of some sites
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
