We are looing for a Michelin star Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to run an exciting new opening project for a top Spanish & Mediterranean restaurant looking to push for accolades:

Key Highlights:

• Casual fine dining with bold Mediterranean & Spanish sharing concept dishes

• Opening in July

• Salary up to £80,000 per annum  + discretionary bonus (based on experience)

• Brand new-kitchen, top project and great team to work with

• Overseeing menu development, tastings, HACCP, and daily kitchen operations.

• Opportuntity to put YOUR STAMP and NAME in the menu and be recognized
• Pushing for a Michelin star form the very beggining

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong cnad consistent background in Michelin-star restuarant as Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef

• Passion for working with top-tier ingredients (dry-aged meats, fresh fish, seasonal produce)

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity

• Passion for Spanish & Mediterranean cuisine
• Availability to start in 1 month at latest

As a Head Chef you will be part of a respected and successful restaurant group and put your full creative input into the menu whilst being able to make a name of yourself. You will understand fresh seasonal produce, high standards, and you will be ambitious and keen to push for accolades in this exciting new opening. Michelin star background is a MUST for this role.
