About the Concept:

• Casual fine dining with a bold, modern Spanish & Mediterranean sharing-style menu

• Focus on top-quality ingredients: dry-aged meats, line-caught fish, open-fire cooking, seasonal vegetables

• High-volume yet intimate setting, delivering quality at scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all kitchen operations: team management, service, HACCP, costing, recruitment, stock

• Oversee menu development, seasonal tastings, and innovation

• Work collaboratively with FOH, owners, and suppliers to ensure consistency and excellence

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and kitchen discipline

About You:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Michelin-starred environments (Michelin background essential)

• Passion for Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine

• Strong leadership with a calm, motivating presence in the kitchen

• Experience managing high-volume, quality-driven operations

• Keen eye for detail, love for seasonal cooking, and drive for recognition
