A renowned Michelin-star restaurant in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a talented Head Chef to join their exceptional team to oversee an exciting new opening Spanish & Mediterranean restaurant looking to push for accolades:

Key Highlights:

• Casual fine dining with bold Mediterranean & Spanish sharing concept dishes

• 1* Michelin, known for innovative and high-quality dishes

• £65,000 to £70,000 per annum (based on experience) plus potential discretionary bonus

• Brand new-kitchen, top project and great team to work with

• Overseeing menu development, tastings, HACCP, and daily kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in Michelin-star kitchens

• Experience in high-volume environments

• Passion for working with top-tier ingredients (dry-aged meats, fresh fish, seasonal produce)

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and creativity

• Passion for Spanish & Mediterranean cuisine
