An acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant group is launching an exciting new Mediterranean concept in the heart of Mayfair. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen and play a key role in shaping this opening from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to bring bold, regional flavours to life in a modern, casual fine dining format. The concept focuses on vibrant, seasonal dishes designed for sharing, with a clear vision of culinary excellence and innovation.
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 (all inclusive)
Creative control and leadership of a new kitchen and project
Opportunity to work with a Michelin-accredited team
Responsibility for menu design, kitchen management, tastings, and daily service operations
A collaborative, forward-thinking working environment with a strong support network
Background in Michelin-starred or award-winning kitchens
Confident managing high-volume service without compromising standards
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean flavours and techniques
Passionate about premium ingredients, including dry-aged meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce
Able to inspire and lead a team while maintaining consistency and creativity under pressure
