About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to bring bold, regional flavours to life in a modern, casual fine dining format. The concept focuses on vibrant, seasonal dishes designed for sharing, with a clear vision of culinary excellence and innovation.

• Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 (all inclusive)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in Michelin-starred or award-winning kitchens

• Passionate about premium ingredients, including dry-aged meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce

• Able to inspire and lead a team while maintaining consistency and creativity under pressure
