A flagship global law firm in the City of London is seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef or Head Chef to lead the catering operations across staff dining and hospitality services at this prestigious contract catering site.

About the Role:

As the Executive Chef / Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the kitchen, leading a brigade of 10 chefs across both high-volume staff dining and premium hospitality. This is a brand-new contract, offering you the unique opportunity to take full ownership, implement innovation, and truly make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across staff dining and hospitality

• Lead, inspire and manage a team of 10 chefs

• Drive innovation, food trends and seasonal menu development

• Staff dining catering for 700-800

• Ensure exceptional quality, presentation and consistency of food

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety and health standards

• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate closely with client and contract management teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within contract catering – ideally in law firms, financial institutions or similar City environments

• Strong background in managing both staff dining and hospitality

• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

• Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends

• Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance

• Available Monday to Friday – work/life balance guaranteed
