HEAD CHEF | IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established and highly regarded venue. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, drive standards, and deliver exceptional food in a quality-focused environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating high-quality seasonal dishes, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests. The venue has a great reputation and is looking for a Head Chef who can take it to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who values creativity, balance, and a high quality of life. 

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh produce 
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Produce dishes that balance comfort with finesse – modern interpretations that remain grounded in classic methods.
