We require a Dynamic, Enthusiastic, hands on Group Manager for their Food Retail / Cafe Operations for our client who will be the driving force behind the commercial operations in 2024 and beyond at a popular site. A key Senior presence in the business, you will report direct to the General Manager, and will be relied upon to position and personally drive the future of retail and all commercial operations at the site.

Working closely with the General Manager, and the Senior Leadership Team, you will be a key presence and will need to deliver company values each day, drive and personal work ethic. You will be key to the commercial success of the business and in achieving commercial goals for 2024 and into the future.

You will be an experienced Commercial Operator with proven successes and achievements in driving sales and operations in high turnover fast-paced Retail and F&B businesses. You will have exceptional Leadership qualities and enable, train, enthuse and engage the Retail and F&B departmental teams to drive revenues and provide a world class experience to visitors. You will be enabled and supported by the senior team to put your own ideas and creativity to work and make the operation and commercial results the best it can be for our guests visiting the Park.
