General Manager – Independent Restaurant & Wine Bar
Location: Battersea
Salary: Up to £55,000 (Inlcuding Tronc)
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday

We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate General Manager to take the lead at our vibrant and intimate neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Battersea. With bold, seasonal Modern European comfort food, a playful, traditional wine list, and a buzzing, loyal local crowd – this is more than just a restaurant; it’s a community.

The Opportunity:
This is a rare chance to take ownership of a beloved independent venue, work closely with an experienced head chef and owner, and lead a small, dedicated team with warmth, style, and confidence. We’re looking for a General manager  who’s as comfortable on the floor and inspring the team  as they are with a P&L sheets and Rotas – someone who loves service, the produces, drives standards, and genuinely cares and their restaurant and hospitality.

• Proven General Manager or AGM who wants to step up experience in a quality, food lead.

• Strong leadership style – present, proactive, and inspiring (Leads from the front)

• Great grasp of financials, stock, rotas and team development

• A passion for Modern European cuisine, natural wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
