They are looking for a GM/ Hotel Manager to take charge of a luxury apartment block in Mayfair, London.

As General Manager you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service and guest relations from your team. Proven relevant Revenue, Financial and Hotel Sales & Marketing management experience in this role is required. You will need a track record of working with UHNW clients and managing and training your team to meet those standards.

Requirements for the role:

• At least 3 years previous experience as a Hotel Manager / General Manager 5* Star property.
• Proven experience and knowledge of all Hotel Operations, Rooms, Finance, Sales, Human Resources
• Extensive experience in efficiently managing a Rooms focused property in a growing market
• Experience in managing a Hotelthrough pre-opening phase is required
• Strong knowledge of Hotelfinance background, rooms/Revenue budgeting and yield management needed.
• Strong organisational. IT & communication skills.
• Arabic language skills a real plus.
