I am recruiting for a General Catering manager to oversee and develop a beautiful site just outside London.

My client is  looking to appoint a General Catering Manager who will be responsible for the management a high-volume dining room, hospitality (including fine dining) and events.

The General Catering Manager will manage the day-to-day relationship with the client and inspire the team to deliver an excellent, innovative food offer underpinned by fantastic customer service. 

As the Senior Manager, you will ensure all budgets are successfully managed alongside monthly forecasting.

Working closely with the Head chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation / menu and Hospitality planning.

The General Catering Manager will experience will include.

B&I/Venue/Indpendent school experience 

Good at planning ahead and communication to all levels of stakeholders.

Enthusiastic and professional at all times.

Financial acumen and computer literacy is a must.

Passion for food and understanding of current food trends and innovations
