Your Role
As Financial Controller (reporting directly to the Director of Finance), you will play a pivotal role in leading all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insight to drive ongoing success. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and department heads, making this a true business partnership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance team onsite, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including payroll, income audits, accounts payable, and month-end close
  • Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with a focus on cost control and growth
  • Ensure robust financial policies, systems, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide insightful reporting and guidance to inform business strategy
  • Evaluate supplier contracts and manage hotel-wide financial obligations
  • Support internal audit processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and transparency
