About the Role:

As Executive Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen, leading a talented brigade across a fine dining restaurant, private functions, and banqueting. Your focus will be on quality, consistency, creativity, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and leada high-performing kitchen team
• Design innovative, seasonal menususing fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen budgets, food cost control, and stock levels
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with senior hotel leadership to enhance the overall F&B offering

You’ll Need:

• Demonstrable experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chefin a luxury hotelor high-end dining environment
• A passion for modern British or European cuisine
• Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
• Solid understanding of kitchen financialsand cost control
• A creative mindsetand commitment to culinary excellence
