What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the venue’s services in the absence of the General Manager or Deputy.

Supporting staff training, recruitment, and maintaining appropriate records.

To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bar.

Assisting in the development, management, and motivation of staff at all levels.
