I am looking for a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef parite who is looking to take there career in a different direction but to still be able to drive there culinary idea and knowleadge forward.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de partie who is keen to use there knowledge and experience by moving in to a  Development Chef role  to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will:

• Culinary Innovation: Develop and refine recipes that align with current food trends and client needs.

• You will be at Cdp or senior CDP level in a quality restaurant 

• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored culinary solutions.

• Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, including kitchen staff, marketing, and production, to bring concepts to fruition.

• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging food trends and incorporate them into product development.

About You

We are looking for a unique chef who:

• Has experience in modern, high-end restaurant kitchens, demonstrating advanced cooking skills and creativity.

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management, to support effective communication and proposal writing.

• Has a genuine enthusiasm for food, with a keen interest in global cuisines and current food trends.

• Demonstrates strong ability to write and present effectively to clients and stakeholders.

• You will on occastions be required to drive to different clients so a driving licence and car would be desired.

• Is willing to step away from traditional kitchen roles and embrace a consultancy-focused career path.
