Cluster Revenue Manager – Leeds based – hotel group

This is an opportunity for a Revenue Manager with a strong hotel Revenue Management background, to grow into a cluster role with up to 5 hotels.  A mixture of branded and independent hotels, knowl;edge of different systems will be advantageous.  As Cluster Revenue Manager you will 

  • Deliver the pricing strategies for online channels
  • Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies
  • Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximise revenue
  • Ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management
  • Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities and strategies
  • Build and maintain Databases Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business
  • Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Give market insights, analyse data and identify trends
