An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the dynamic kitchen team of a prestigious Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair.
This vibrant and award-winning venue specialises in modern Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine with bold, flavour-driven sharing plates. A casual fine dining concept focused on seasonal, high-quality produce, the kitchen works with top-tier suppliers, preparing everything in-house – from whole animal butchery to line-caught seafood and open-fire cooking.

Salary: £38,000 per year
Rota: 2 doubles, 3 singles
