Working for a foodie Contract Caterer

We’re on the lookout for a talented Breakfast Chef to join this vibrant kitchen team at a stunning, high-end venue. This is the perfect role for a chef who loves early starts and a great work-life balance – with no evenings or weekends!

Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Style: breakfast and Brasserie-style lunch menu

The role:

• Taking the lead on preparing and serving delicious, high-quality breakfasts to the Hotel/corporate guests

• Supporting the wider kitchen team with prep and service for the brasserie-style lunch menu

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

• Bringing positive energy and a team-focused mindset to every shift

What we’re looking for:

• A reliable, enthusiastic chef with breakfast experience in a quality venue/hotel

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in the mornings

• A great team player with a passion for fresh, seasonal food

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
