Barback Wanted – New Casual Opening in Kings Cross
£13/hour + Tronc | 40–45 hours/week | Immediate Start

We’re opening something fresh, fun, and fiercely flavourful in the heart of Kings Cross – a laid-back yet polished spot serving signature cocktails, a killer list of classic and natural wines, and an exciting British seasonal menu crafted by two Michelin-starred chefs.

We’re looking for a multitasking, high-energy barbacks (1or2) to join our opening team. If you love a fast-paced vibe, take pride in the small details, have a fanatastic personality and are up for being part of something brand new, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Support the bar team with prep, stock, and service

• Keep things smooth behind the scenes so service shines

• Jump in wherever needed – you’ll be the glue that holds it all together

What we’re after:

• Someone reliable, fast-moving, and switched-on who can multi task

• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred (reporting to the bar manager)

• A passion for great drinks, food, and good vibes

• Available immediately and able to work through June and July – no holidays, no disappearing acts

• Must be able to speak fluent english
