We’re firing up something special in East London — a bold, produce-led surf & turf brasserie celebrating the very best of seasonal British ingredients with an American edge. Think wood-fired steaks, wild fish, organic native breeds, and a drinks list full of sharp cocktails, natural wines, and good times — all served in a lively, laid-back setting with serious polish and a Michelin starred chef.

Now we’re looking for a sharp, confident Bar Supervisor to help drive this exciting opening and support the Bar manager in delivering a standout experience think American Speakeasy with Natural wines and paying homage to classic cocktails

About the Role:

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the right hand to the bar manager — helping lead the team, deliver exceptional service, and keep the floor running like clockwork. You’ll be an essential part of shaping the drinks menu and team culture from day one.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the The BM in the day-to-day running of the Bar and anything drinks related 

• Leading & training the 10+ FOH team on new drinks & specials and setting the pace for service

• Overseeing smooth service flow

• Helping train, mentor and support a FOH team of 10+

• Ensuring service standards are consistent, sharp and guest-led

• Managing stock, assisting with ordering, and overseeing deliveries

• Acting as a leader on the bar and stepping up in the BM absence

• We’re looking for

• someone Has solid experience as a bar supervisor or Head of bars in a high volume casual fine dining

• Thrives in high-volume, high-spend restaurants and loves being guest-facing

• Can lead a team with confidence, energy and clarity

• Has a genuine passion for seasonal British food and drink (Natural wine is a bonus) and a creative flare 

• Is comfortable with light admin, systems and rotas & P&L

• Wants to be part of an opening and grow with the business
