A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead an exciting new opening project celebrating the very best of open-fire and grill cooking:

• Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
• Lunch and dinner up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays
• Collaboration with a famous Michelin star chef

• Fantastic project and strong team of 20+
• Salary up to £40,000 per annum (including tronc) and potentially negotiable according to experience
• Great beverage offering showcasing creative cocktails and organic and natural wine.
• Rota of 48-50 hours per week

The ideal Bar Supervisor must have a background in fine dining restaurants, private members club or 5-star hotels and experience with fast-paced environments, management, and creative fusion/classic cocktails. You will have great communication skills, be personable and have a great personality. You will be working closely and reporting to your Bar Manager, and you will have passion for high standards and ambition for career progression.
