Are you an experienced Chef looking for more sociable hours?

We are looking for a passionate Support Chef Manager for a permanent opportunity in Bristol.

My client is looking for a Chef from a similar school or B&I environment with high standards of food preparation, used to cooking for large numbers during the day.

Offering a Fantastic work life balance with a 45 hour week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only.

What’s Required:

• Previous Catering experience as a Head Chef or Chef Manager preferably within a School, high volume restaurants or contract catering environment.
• Confident working in a busy kitchen and posses prior experience supervising staff.
• A high level of professionalism, with respect for others, and a positive attitude towards the day to day workload
• Experience in producing food of a high quality.
• A current level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen certificate
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Access to your own transport/ willing to use public transport.
