Popular Northern Quarter bar replaced by new restaurant following sale of Hatter’s Hostel

A busy Northern Quarter bar has been replaced by a new restaurant following the sale of Hatter’s Hostel to boutique hostel group Selina.

The Patron has been reopened as Wilson’s Social, named after Tony Wilson, as part of the transformation of the landmark building, on the corner of Hilton Street and Oldham Street.

In a departure from its previous Persian-influenced menu of flatbreads and falafels, Wilson’s Social will serve Latin American themed dishes.
