Executive Chef - Cambridge - Fine Dining Chinese Cuisine - £46,000 - New Opening
We are excited to be recruiting for a Executive Chef to manage, create and drive all aspects of new concept for our client. The job holder will manage the kitchen operaition based over 3 floors for the brand-new, multi-function venue in Cambridge based on Asian cuisines with European influence.
We are looking for someone who has previously held a Head or Executive role but with strong understanding and experience in delivering a new opening and high quality fresh food over different floors. You will need to demonstrate your knowledge of the cuisine and be able to adapt to the seasons throughout the year
The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about food and be engaged with current food trends.
Be local to or have an in-depth knowledge of Cambridge and its local culture.
Have energy, enthusiasm and possess sound knowledge in marketing techniques and their application, including development of campaigns from inception to delivery.
Be constantly up to date with trends in the food industry.
Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships to create dynamic and fun kitchen.
Be a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual.
Have a proven ability to plan, prioritise, multitask and manage the kitchen team
Thorough understanding of SOPs, HACCP and COSSH
Menu creation will paramount, creating of fine dining and more casual food offers
