A well organised Finance Manager or an Account Manager is needed! 


The role:

  • To compile both monthly and quarterly client reports, detailing variances and any actions required;
  • Weekly profit and loss accounts for the retail and hospitality departments
  • Detailed sales analysis of all retail outlets highlighting opportunities to increase sales and footfall;
  • Detailed analysis of all expenditure and staffing costs highlighting possible savings as they occur;
  • Reconcile monthly accounts for all departments;
  • Assist the General manager in yearly budgeting;
  • Revision of quarterly forecasting based on business coming in;
  • Monthly financial reporting to client and accounts team.

The Requirements

  • Previous experience in Retail and Hospitality operations is a MUST
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in running accounts up to £5 million turnover per annum;
  • Financially astute with the ability to prioritise workload;
  • Able to build a financial strategy and show savings at the earliest opportunity;
  • Ability to increase sales whilst controlling costs across campus;
  • Able to work under pressure and understand the needs of the business;
  • Able to work to tight timeframes and delegate to the accounts assistant as required.


The Package

  • Up to £45,000 per annum
