An experienced Deputy General Manager looking for a new challenge needed!
To lead, motivate and develop the existing team;
Day to day management of a fast paced, casual dining restaurant on a 5 over 7 work pattern ;
Assistance with the management and training of the existing team;
Both hands on and strategic site management;
Reactive management of the units financials;

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a Managerial role withing a UK based Hospitality sector for a min of 2 years is a MUST;
A passionate individual towards excellent food and service standards;
Excellent knowledge of current food trends and great service;
A Self-starter and true team player who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front;
Flexible with their time as the role is on a 5 over 7 basis and therefore will require weekend work;
Up to £32.000 per annum + service charge
