Sous Chef – Luxury Wedding and Events Venue – Warwickshire

Salary: up to £28,000 DoE

Your New Job:

  • You will assist in leading the day to day running of the kitchen, reporting into the Head Chef

  • You will work limited late evenings and have some evenings off, doing just day work

  • You will lead delivery of a luxurious product, from canapes to wedding breakfasts to casual evening affairs

  • You will develop menus and dishes, taking in to account the seasonality and provenance

  • You will assist in managing the kitchen financially, ensuring that budgeted GPs are adhered to

  • You will ensure the kitchen is managed in compliance with Health / Food safety best practices


Your Experience and Our Requirements:

  • You will be a seasoned Sous Chef or a highly experienced Senior Chef de Partie

  • You will have experience delivering sit down dinners of 100 plus alongside some experience within rosetted kitchens

  • You will be a strong communicator and leader, able to build strong relationships across the business

  • You will be able to evidence good understanding of all facets of kitchen financial management

  • You will have a fully understanding of best practice Health and Food Safety procedures
