Head Chef - 3 AA Rosette - £42k - Oban - Relocation Package Available
I am looking for a stable Head Chef from a quality background for this award winning hotel situated on the West Coast of Scotland.
You must have a minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience
You will be fully in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen, building a stable team, menus, ordering, stock control and have an excellent understanding of health & hygiene.
This is quite a remote location so this would suit someone who likes the quieter lifestyle
This position is available early to mid March 2021.
The kitchen team is made up of 4 chefs and a kithcen porter.
30 covers 7 course tasting menu.
You will be a highly motivated chef with a strong background at a 3 rosette level. Confident in all aspects of kitchen management. You should have strong leadership qualities and impeccable knowledge of health & safety. My client is looking for a head chef who can build strong relationships with the front of house team and is confident and knowledgeable about their food and brand so as to confidently guide the team to provide an excellent customer experience.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
My client is offering a generous £42,000 per annum exclusive of tips. This role also has a generous relocation package available with access to a cottage near the property for 3 months. Standard holiday of 28 days and a 5 over 7 days working week.
