Chef de Partie – Fine Dining – 40 hours per week

 

The Package:


  • This role of Chef de Partie pays £26k per annum
  • The role is working in the restaurant of a high end private members club in London
  • This role is a Monday to Friday role working either 5 out of 5, or 4 out of 5
  • Bank holidays the restaurant will be closed
  • You will have Christmas off
  • 20 days paid holiday
  • As well as other perks

Job role:


  • This well – known private members club is looking for experienced chef de Partie to join this team of 25 chef
  • You will be 1 of 25 chefs working the section producing fine dining British cuisine
  • a dynamic chef which is well versed in British cuisine, and is passionate about local seasonal ingredients

    • This site prides themselves on the use of locally sourced seasonal produce which is reflected onto the menus
    • You will be required to train and develop junior members of the team
    • Responsible for overseeing food quality to ensure only the best leaves the pass
    • Based in south west London


Requirements:


  • 3 years’ experience in a similar establishment or fine dining restaurant background
  • Good understanding of local seasonal produce
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Stability in previous employment
  • Can do working attitude
