An experienced General Manager with a Events and Retail Background needed! 

The Job:

  • Hands on role at a busy, high end property
  • Full operational responsibility
  • Rotas and full labour cost control
  • Management of a team of 30+ (both FOH and BOH based) 
  • Recruitment, development and training of the team 
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of fine dining standards
  • Creating and running bespoke hospitality events
  • Full responsibility of departmental risk assessments, Food Safety as well as H&S 
  • Understanding of P&L accounts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous 2/3 years of experience in a similar role is a MUST

  • Great team player that able to work under pressure and leads from the front

  • Impeccable customer service skills and standards
