My client, a rapidly expanding serviced apartment provider, is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to help the company on their upward curve.
There are numerous openings planned over the next 2 years and the projected growth of this organisation is unrivalled in the current job market.
The prime function of this role is to seek and find new and profitable business in agreed specific London locations and for the wider network. It is also essential that the role holder can proactively develop existing client relationships and accounts, driving and increasing revenues (Transient Accommodation, Global Mobility, Extended Stay, Groups, Meetings and Events) and focusing on retention and referral activity.
The role holder will be able to easily establish, influence, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in global, multinational companies and SME’s to in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business.
This is a new business devlopment role and previous experience in selling in Apartments, Hotels or business travel is essential.
