Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist and support the Head chef where needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous chef role or higher
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• As part of our standard onboarding process, we are required by law to conduct a Right to Work (RTW) check to verify that all our employees are legally permitted to work in the UK.
