Sous Chef – Island Role | Immediate Start – Until 10th May
Remote Island, West Coast Highlands | £18.50 per hour | Accommodation Provided

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to step into a unique short-term role, starting immediately and running through until Mid May.

This role is based on a remote island off the beautiful West Coast of the Scottish Highlands, working in a relaxed, high-end canteen-style kitchen serving around 120 guests and contractors daily.

• £18.50 per hour

• Approx. 50 hours per week (5 days over 7)

 What We’re Looking For:

• Solid Sous Chef experience

• Confident working both independently and within a small team

• Able to deliver consistent quality in a busy kitchen

• Comfortable with remote island life and happy to get stuck in

 Role Details:

• Start date: ASAP

• End date: Mid May

• Location: Remote Island, West Coast Highlands
