Role: Sous Chef
Salary: £34,000 (excluding tips) – Negotiable for exceptional candidates
Hours per Week: 45 hours
Schedule: 4-day work week

Accommodation is available 4 miles away, so a UK driver’s license or a love for cycling is essential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working to a minimum of 1 Rosette standard
• Previous Experiance as Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie
• A passion for fine dining and a commitment to excellence
